ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Last updated: 19th October 2026
AEDE wants its website and services to be accessible to as many people as possible. This statement applies to www.aede.co.uk.
Our approach
We aim to make our website clear, readable and straightforward to use. As we develop the site, we are using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a benchmark for improvements.
The website has not yet undergone a comprehensive accessibility audit, so we cannot currently confirm full conformance with that standard.
Areas for improvement
An initial review identified issues with the layout at narrow screen widths and opportunities to improve image descriptions and reduce entrance animations.
We are reviewing these areas alongside keyboard navigation, text contrast, headings and contact form usability.
We will update this statement as checks and improvements are completed.
Help accessing information
If you have difficulty using the website, or need information in a different format, please contact Robert Evans:
Email: enquiries@aede.co.uk
Telephone: +44 7944 227835
Please tell us which page or information you need and the format or assistance that would help. We will discuss your requirements and make reasonable adjustments where needed.
You can also contact us directly by email or telephone if you cannot use the enquiry form.
Reporting an accessibility problem
If you encounter a barrier, please let us know. Where possible, include:
-
The page address and a description of the problem.
-
The device and browser you were using.
-
Any assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable sharing this.
You do not need to provide technical details to ask for help.
Keeping this statement updated
We will review this statement as the website changes and update it to reflect accessibility checks, improvements and any known limitations.
